We are encouraging all of our clients to be proactive in evaluating their IT infrastructure and scheduling their required upgrades this summer or fall and not waiting until the end of the year (December) when it will be a mad scramble.
Windows 7 and Windows Server and 2008 R2 End of Life begins on January 14, 2020. That means the end of all Microsoft updates to these systems. Don’t let your infrastructure and applications go unprotected. We are here to help you migrate to current versions for greater security, performance and innovation. Up until that date, these items are in an ‘extended support’ phase. Although Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 and 2008 R2 will continue to work after January 14 2020, you should start planning to upgrade to Windows 10, or an alternative operating system, as soon as possible.
